Hello.
Hi, I’m Emma — yoga teacher, fascial explorer and occasional biscuit enthusiast.

I help real people of all ages reconnect with their bodies, calm their minds, and rediscover joy through yoga that’s down-to-earth, inclusive and full of laughter. My classes blend traditional yoga wisdom with modern movement science, helping you feel strong, centred and content — no matter your age, size or flexibility.

I’m not your typical yoga teacher — and that’s exactly the point. Yoga isn’t about being bendy or perfect; it’s about feeling good in your own skin and learning to move with freedom and curiosity. My mission is to make this ancient practice relevant for modern times — fusing strength and stillness, anatomy and spirituality, humour and heart.

Through a mix of vinyasa flow, fascial release, animal movement and a few of my own inventions, I create classes that are original, spirited and occasionally challenging — always with space to breathe, laugh and be yourself. One week might feel strong and controlled; another, wild and freeing — but the goal is always the same: to help you find joy in your body, your breath and your mind.

I teach in and around Berkhamsted, Tring and Hemel Hempstead, offering group classes, 1-to-1 sessions, fascial release work, and (so they say) one of the best traditional Indian head massages in the South East.
So whether you’re dealing with stress, stiffness, or simply need a pause from life’s noise — come as you are. Together, we’ll build strength, confidence and ease, one breath at a time.

Emma is the absolute best at what she does. Her passion for yoga shines through in every lesson, which makes class even more enjoyable.

The Dalai Lama,
when asked what surprised him most about humanity, answered
Man! Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived.
"

I took up yoga two years ago because I’m a runner. I had heard a lot about Emma’s classes so I decided to try it out. Emma has made yoga a part of my life. A weekly session helps to stretch out my body and the mindfulness is a fantastic way to take time out for me.
