If this is the first time you are looking for a yoga class and you are not physically active or would like to take things slow then my Absolute Beginners Tuesday evening class (6:15pm) is for you. If you'd like something a little more challenging then either Tuesday or Wednesday's class could be better. Friday class is for women where we use yoga postures with hand weights and resistance bands and meditation and restorative poses. Working on bone density and metabolism as well as reaping the other health benefits that yoga brings. Feel free to book a class below or sign up to commit to a term and reserve your place. ( Monday night is fully booked presently - but contact me to be added to the waiting list.
