If this is the first time you are looking for a yoga class and you are not physically active or would like to take things slow then my Absolute Beginners Tuesday evening class (6:15pm) is for you. If you'd like something a little more challenging then either Monday's Hatha class, or Tuesday's Yoga for Sports or Wednesday's class could be better.

Friday class is for women 40+. We use yoga postures with hand weights and resistance bands. It  includes meditation practice, breath work and restorative poses.

Feel free to book a class below or sign up to commit to a term and reserve your place.

Emma is a fully qualified 500hr yoga teacher

She is fully DBS checked and has

a safeguarding policy and training.

Holds current training for Pregnancy Yoga.

Has completed the Gary Carter Deeper

understanding of Anatomy course training.

Qualified as a Yoga for Menopause teacher.

Is a qualified Animal Flow(TM) Level 1 teacher.
