Service Description
A 1 hour head massage to relieve stress and tension in the head, neck, shoulders and back. Help release any pain you may have in these areas or enjoy the freeing of the mind that comes with this massage. Switch off the world for a while and take a little time out of your day to spend on yourself? Held in my quiet home studio in Berkhamsted please call me to arrange a suitable time.

FOR CLASSES: to cancel or reschedule please contact me 24 hours in advance. FOR RETREATS: online bookings close 3 days before the event. There is a 5 days notice policy for cancellation of Retreat. Deposits are none refundable. If there is a waiting list place and your space can be filled you will receive a full refund (minus the website process fees and a £10 admin charge). Or you can reschedule to another retreat if available/preferable.
