1-2-1 Yoga

When you step into a 1–2–1 with me, you get to choose the flavour of your own unfolding. Maybe you’re here for the classic magic: intelligent, soulful yoga movement with a splash of mindfulness and pranayama — the kind of practice that steadies your mind, softens your edges, and reminds your body what it’s capable of.

 

Whether you need to rest and restore, ease out the work-related tension you’ve been carrying, or need a few sessions to get you group class ready. Maybe you have the desire to learn how to do the splits, (yes, we can absolutely work on that), this personal path meets you exactly where you are.

All my 1-2-1 classes are held in my garden studio at Swing Gate Lane in Berkhamsted, there is parking and easy acesss.  Classes are £65 an hour.  First assesment session is 90 mins, £80. There are payment plans available for booking a block of 6 sessions in advance.

Why me?

Before teaching full-time, I spent 10 years in corporate advertising and 12 years running a business whilst raising a family. I know what it’s like to feel stretched thin, pulled in every direction, expected to perform and deliver without pause. Yoga and meditation weren’t hobbies — they were how I stayed sane, grounded, and healthy.

Now, I teach them with the depth, clarity and compassion that comes from living them.

Through a blend of movement, meditation, breathwork, fascial release, CBT-inspired tools, massage, visualisation, and chakra work, we explore your inner landscape — gently, but powerfully.

I have been taking one-to-one yoga sessions with Emma for over a year and I honestly can’t recommend her highly enough. I was quite poorly when she first started teaching me with symptoms such as extreme fatigue and inflamed joints.  Emma was so in tune with everything I was going through and tailored our classes perfectly.

 

As I slowly became better and felt stronger she met me every step of the way and pushed me just a little bit each week.
