WORKSHOPS

Workshops are longer classes where we have more time to explore. Whether its delving deeper into the yoga poses, or learning more about the breath or the yoga philosophy.  Workshops are perfect for exploring and looking at things in a different way. I usually hold workshops once a month and they can be anything from two hours to a half day.
