This retreat isn’t just yoga.
It’s space to breathe again.

Think nourishing food, sea air, deep sleep, long exhalations, laughter, maybe a few tears, and that familiar feeling of being held — by the place, the practice, and the people around you. This yoga retreat in Tenby maybe just what you need.
​
We’ll move together twice a day, reflect gently, walk, swim (if you fancy), soak in the hot tub as the light fades, and eat beautifully without needing to plan a single thing.
​
From £250 per day, this is a 5-star, all-inclusive stay in a luxury manor house overlooking the Pembrokeshire coastline — rooms are limited (just 13), so it will be small, intimate, and personal. It's a womens yoga retreat so expect fun and lots of laughter and support.

Itinerary
All workshops are optional (alternatively you can read - chill - sleep or there are several local walks - we can organise a masseuse. There is a hot tub and a mini swimming pool and lots of places to sit with a book).

13th May Wednesday pm
Arrive from 4pm ( people can arrive later)
Refreshing drinks, snacks and settling into your room, to find your goody bag - bathe, shower - read - wander - hot tub.

7pm Welcome opening circle in the studio, what the retreat is about – structure and what you can expect Gentle restorative yoga stretch
8pm Supper, chat and bed. Hot tub or gentle walk.

14th May Thursday am.
From 7am – tea, coffee, light breakfast, overnight oats, fruit , natural juices – smoothies just enough to keep you going until main breakfast.
(Possible early morning walk to beach before class TBC- weather dependent)
8/8.30am Morning yoga practice with pranayama and meditation, ending with the first journalling session into your own Ikigai - TBC
Meditation- The three parts of a prayer – ending I what are you listening for?
10: 30-11.30 Breakfast/ Brunch,
Greek yoga, over night oats, toast, jams, honey, home made granola, breads, , fresh fruit, Quiche – beetroot -Salads- with pomegranate, fresh herbs, humus – fresh breads.
1pm /1:30 pm workshop - Finding your joy - what are you looking for that brings you joy ? (Ikigai, Bliss point)
What are we holding and why - Metta meditation
3-6pm free time – or coastal walk to the beach / hot tub / read / massage if requested in advance.
Option drive to forest for forest meditation.
6pm - Yoga Nidra, restorative and yin until 7.15 pm
8 pm Dinner Soup, fresh breads- Thahini salad. – black rice, Roasted Veg, Toasted Almonds , toasted greens, desert , herbal teas.

15th May Friday am
from 6.45 am – tea, coffee, light breakfast overnight oats – smoothies
7.15 am Morning walk to the beach or along the coast and back (TBC- may do this tomorrow am) optional can also skinny dip (ha ha) – or sleep in and join us at the studio for 8am yoga.
Yoga 8am-10am Yoga - Hips and all that sits within them. Relaxation mediation to end
10.30am Breakfast / Brunch. Again delicious, nutritious foods that warm the soul.
12pm - Workshop - Buddhist principals for finding our next path.
1.45pm free time and or I may offer a workshop here

3pm - Potential Boat trip in Tenby, Creative Quest, Treasure hunt ? TBC
We might just need to chill.
6pm - Evening yoga / meditation / walking meditation TBC
7.30/8 pm Dinner- Kerealan curries, rice, roasted squash, naan, watermelon and green lentils with broccoli. Salted lemon tea and lime cheesecake.

16th May Saturday
6.30am Sunrise yoga on the beach. (check sunrise times) 15 min walk there.
9am Morning sea swim (for the brave) to bring in the energy of the wild and let the Welsh sea into our bones. Before taking in warming tea, coffee, energy snacks hot chocolate / fruit to keep us going before heading back to the house for the hot tub and a delicious breakfast.
10.30/11am - Brunch vegetarian full English - this is so welcoming after the sea dip.
Rest all afternoon, time for massages do nothing or
OPTIONAL
12.30pm Coastal walk to Saundersfoot 3 hours- round route (can take the bus or short taxi ride) or Farm shop walk (1 hour 30 mins round route).
For those who stay closer to home
3pm /4pm - light snack if needed (packed snacks for the walkers) wraps, fruit, flapjacks Tea and Cake in the garden - if were not stuffed
5.15 pm - Workshop - content tbc or chill in the hot tub - last year we planned this but everyone was happy to chill - so we cancelled them - private conceltation with Emma about your future path as she helps prepare your personal yoga sequence for what your body needs now.
6.30pm - Yoga Nidra, yoga sleep and restorative and yin-
8pm - Dinner - lots of delectables that you will inevitably each too much but you don’t care as your outdoors walking and doing lots of yoga.
9pm Down to the beach for sun set a fire ceremony, stories and sharing circle.
10.30 Bed
17th May Sunday am
8am Tea, coffee, yoghurt and fruit, breads and cheeses
8.30am uplifting yoga practice, dance - closing circle (maybe cacao ceremony and shared reflections) energy balls and
10am Breakfast / brunch see below
11.15am leave to go to waterfall/ waterlily walk or leave to explore Tenby or Saundersfoot – We could take brunch at the beautiful Tir ac Awyr - Land and Sky restaurant on the beach– worth a visit to sit on the balcony and have a coffee and avocado on toast .
Some will depart from here - others will head off to wander around the town or to an organised walk. Everyone is welcome to do their own thing.
Subject to change. All food, workshops etc are likely to change depending on who comes along - the vibe on the day and the weather. We will embrace it all. I’ll plan a deeply restorative few days for you and we can pick and choose what we want to do and what we don’t. There’s no judgement and no stress.
