Retreats are a beautiful days where you can fully leave the world behind and rediscover yourself. Quite literally we ask you to withdraw from your normal routine, to delve deeper into your yoga practice, and learn more about yoga and you.

Once a year I hold a weekend or 4 day retreat where, we spend time outdoors, connecting with nature and the elements, with fires, yoga movement, workshops, breath work, deep relaxation and maybe wild swimming too. Delicious healthy  food arrives at your table, you make new friends, laugh, cry, learn, let go and your luxury bed is ready for you to melt into at the end of the day. 

Three times a year I hold day retreats a quick body and mind reset that switches us off, and switches us back on again. Places are limited.
