The 1-2-1 work is where the science of your body meets the subtle, intuitive layers of who you are.

A place where movement, breath, meditation, the nervous system and the unseen layers of you finally make sense together.

This is not “just yoga.”

Together we uncover your clarity, confidence and sense of calm. We gently discover and dissolve patterns that no longer serve you and rebuild strength, stability and self-trust from the inside out.

Why me?

Before teaching full-time, I spent 10 years in corporate advertising and 12 years running a business whilst raising a family. I know what it’s like to feel stretched thin, pulled in every direction, expected to perform and deliver without pause. Yoga and meditation weren’t hobbies — they were how I stayed sane, grounded, and healthy.

Now, I teach them with the depth, clarity and compassion that comes from living them. 

What we do together

Through a blend of movement, meditation, breathwork, fascial release, CBT-inspired tools, massage, visualisation, and chakra work, we explore your inner landscape — gently, but powerfully.

We quieten the busy mind. 

We soften the internal ‘fuzz’ that clouds your clarity.
We release what’s been held in your tissues and patterns.
We uncover the parts of you that are strong, capable, and deeply wise.

Yoga with Emma has been life changing! I was involved in a nasty hit and run accident and obtained a traumatic brain injury, Emma has been an invaluable part of my recovery and rehabilitation. 
 
Emma never fails to make me work hard yet still finish every session with a smile. Her thirst to learn more to improve her teaching is really admirable and I swear she could rival my physiotherapists with her knowledge of how the body works.
 
She has also taught me some incredible breathing & meditation techniques that really helped me conquer my fear of injections and my anxiety about having more surgery.
