How it works

My approach blends physical, mental, emotional and energetic work so that your healing — and your growth — is addressed from every angle. Nothing cookie-cutter, nothing generic. Everything is built around you.

Your First Session: A 2 Hour Deep Dive

We begin with a two-hour session that allows us to go slowly, thoroughly and intentionally.

This includes:

  • A detailed questionnaire to  understand your history, your health, history, habits and goals

  • Physical assessment blended with intuitive reading

  • Space to talk openly, unravel, and understand what you truly need

  • Movement and breathwork to see how your body responds

  • Relaxation or guided meditation to settle your system and create safety from the beginning

  • ​

This session becomes our map - the foundation of the whole journey. 

Between this session and the next time I see you I will assess your needs and come up with a personalised Prana Plan of action

Ongoing Sessions: 90 Minutes Each

Each weekly session gives us time to work through the layers — physical, emotional, energetic and mental — without rushing.

Together we weave:​

  • Intelligent movement and soft strength building

  • Fascial release to shift deep physical/emotional holding

  • Breathwork for clarity and nervous system regulation

  • Meditation and visualisation

  • Chakra and energetic work where helpful

  • Time to talk, reflect and integrate

Each session builds on the last, creating steady and sustainable change.

This blend allows for real progress: releasing what’s stuck, strengthening what’s ready, and supporting your system to function with more ease, clarity and resilience.

Your Personal Practice

Between sessions you’ll receive your own tailored programme, which may include:

  • A personalised movement sequence

  • Breathwork practices

  • A meditation or visualisation

  • Fascial release techniques

  • Journaling or mindset prompts where helpful

This becomes your rhythm . Your anchor.  Your home practice.

Your Commitment Options

Because real shifts take time, I offer three levels of support:

  • 3-Month Journey — for a gentle reset and early breakthroughs

  • 6-Month Journey — for deeper integration and more profound shifts

  • 12-Month Journey — for full transformation, energetic re-patterning and long-term support

We meet every week, with natural flexibility around holidays.

The longer journeys offer the most spacious, layered and life-changing results — and often come with added bonuses or incentives to support your commitment.
