I’m not flexible — can I still do this?
Absolutely. Flexibility is not a requirement — it’s a by-product.
We start exactly where you are and build from there.
Is this suitable if I’m recovering from injury or illness?
Yes. My background in anatomy, fascial release and rehabilitative yoga means we work slowly, safely and intelligently around your needs.
What if I don’t know anything about chakras or energy work?
You don’t need to.
I meet you at whatever level feels comfortable — physical, emotional or energetic. I teach this work in a very modern way - using a language that is for everyone, I keep my teachings honestly real.
I feel overwhelmed and stressed — will this help?
Yes.
A huge part of this work is nervous-system regulation: breath work, meditation + emotional unwinding. It is my mission to help you understand when this stress hits the body and how we can consciously help regulate it before it takes over.
How often do we meet?
Once a week. we can either meet in person once a fortnight and one week online - I would prefer in person but needs must.
A weekly practice forms a rhythm that creates real change.
Can I pause if I’m away or unwell?
Yes — we build in space for holidays and life events. See terms and conditions for full details
Do I need equipment?
Just comfortable clothes and yourself
I bring everything else.
Will I get homework?
Only the kind that feels nourishing — your personalised movement sequence, breath work + meditation. It will reflect what you need and will change throughout our time together
What if I want to continue after my plan ends?
Many people do.
We can extend your plan or move into a different stage or change to fortnightly or monthly meetings
