What to expect
If your body feels stiff, achy, or just a little less fluid than it used to, this new series of Fascial Release Workshops is designed for you. Across four sessions, we’ll work gradually through the whole body — easing tension, improving mobility, and helping you rediscover what it feels like to move with comfort and ease. Each workshop focuses on a different area: the legs and feet, the hips and glutes, the spine and back, and finally the shoulders, neck, and jaw. Together, they create a full-body reset — releasing layer by layer, rebalancing the way you stand, sit, and move. 7th March we focus on Legs and Glutes 25th April Neck and Back 6th June Full Body The sessions run roughly every seven weeks, giving your body time to integrate what it’s learned and build muscle memory between workshops. Each time you return, you’ll find new space, strength, and awareness — the changes become more lasting, more natural. Fascial release is a simple yet powerful way of working with the body’s connective tissue — the web that wraps around every muscle and joint. When it tightens, movement becomes restricted; when we release it, everything flows again. Using small balls, rollers, and gentle techniques, we’ll help that tissue rehydrate and soften so your body can move as it was designed to — freely and without strain. You don’t need to be flexible, sporty, or experienced. These workshops are for all bodies, all ages, all levels. The pace is slow, the approach kind, and the results often profound. Expect to leave each session taller, lighter, and a little calmer inside your skin. There’s also a practical benefit — a discounted price when you book the full series of four.
