Service Description

A 60 minute personal practice in which we decide what your body and mind needs and work towards that goal. Wether you want to improve your fitness, need to reset your mind or are recovering from and injury, I am sure I can help you on the healing path to a happier. healthier self. These are held in my home studio in Berkhamsted . If you prefer you can book a session of 6 lessons to be taken within a 6 month period for £330. Call me to cancel a class

FOR CLASSES: to cancel or reschedule please contact me 24 hours in advance. FOR RETREATS: online bookings close 3 days before the event. There is a 5 days notice policy for cancellation of Retreat. Deposits are none refundable. If there is a waiting list place and your space can be filled you will receive a full refund (minus the website process fees and a £10 admin charge). Or you can reschedule to another retreat if available/preferable.
