What to expect

🌸 Mother & Child Yoga Workshop – Berkhamsted The workshop price includes both mother and child. A heartfelt yoga class for mothers and children (ages 5+) in Berkhamsted Join me for a joyful two-hour Mother and Child Yoga Workshop at All Saints Church, Shrublands Road, Berkhamsted, where we’ll flow, play, and reconnect — together. This gentle, family-friendly class invites children and mums of almost all ages (5 years and up) to move, breathe, and stretch side by side. We’ll explore flowing yoga poses, simple hand-held meditations, and a little partner work designed to nurture closeness, laughter, and calm. It’s a precious opportunity to pause the rush of life, appreciate one another, and create memories that will last long after the mats are rolled away. If you’d like to bring another child, it’s just £14 extra — please text me on 07982 307926 to add them. We’ll end the morning with tea, juice, and delicious gluten-free cakes, and treats shared in good company.
