Full Body Fascial Release
SAT 6th JUNE 2026. 3-5.30pm
What to expect
Ease, Space & Freedom If your body feels tight, heavy, or just a little less free than it used to, this workshop is for you. Whether it’s tension from sitting, sport, stress, or simply moving through daily life, we’ll take time to release the restrictions that build up in the body and mind — those subtle layers that stretching alone never quite reaches. Fascial release is a gentle, practical way to work with the body’s connective tissue — the fascia — a continuous web that surrounds every muscle, joint, and organ. When fascia becomes tight or dehydrated, it can restrict movement, cause pain, and make us feel stuck. Using small balls, rollers, and focused techniques, we’ll help this tissue rehydrate, slide, and glide again — restoring the body’s natural ease and fluidity. This full-body session moves through the major fascial pathways that connect head to toe: the soles of the feet, the long lines through the legs and hips, the core and ribcage, the shoulders, neck, and jaw. You’ll discover how releasing one area can unlock another — how tight calves can affect your back, or how tension in the jaw can change how your shoulders feel. We’ll work deeply into the glutes and hips, where long hours of sitting can dull our strength and mobility; open the chest and shoulders to ease posture and breath; and explore the neck, jaw, and face, where so much unconscious holding lives. Each release is done slowly, mindfully, and always at your own pace. This isn’t about flexibility or endurance — it’s about awareness, hydration, and connection. Every movement invites the nervous system to soften and reset, allowing you to find balance and calm in a body that feels more like your own. You don’t need to be flexible, sporty, or experienced — this is for all bodies, all ages, all levels. The techniques are simple, the approach kind, and the results often surprising. Expect to leave feeling taller, lighter, and more grounded — with tools you can use anytime at home or at work to ease tension in minutes. We’ll end the session with quiet rest — time to absorb the shifts, notice your breath, and feel the difference between effort and ease. Most people describe it as a sense of coming home to themselves — of finding space not just in the body, but in the mind too. So fill out the health form and come as you are. Bring curiosity, comfort, and maybe a friend. Your body will do the rest.
