Experience the ultimate rejuvenation at our Summer Solstice Yoga Retreat, where the longest day of the year is celebrated with mindful movement and serene surroundings. Nestled in the heart of the Pembrokeshire coast, our retreat offers a luxurious escape from the everyday hustle. Guests will enjoy expansive views of the stunning coastline from the comfort of their king-size beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep that prepares them for days filled with joyous yoga sessions. Each practice is designed to awaken a lightness in mind, body, and soul, harmonising with the natural energy of the solstice. Think Welsh Summer air, guided wild swimming sessions and invigorating coastal walks, where the breathtaking scenery inspires a deep connection with nature. Afterward, retreat to the hot tubs, where you can unwind and let the soothing waters melt away any tension. Our curated cooking workshop (optional but included in the fee) will provide a delightful opportunity to explore nourishing recipes that complement your wellness journey, all while enjoying the camaraderie of fellow retreat-goers and sampling the food of course. Throughout your stay, ample time is set aside for relaxation and introspection. Curl up with a good book in one of the peaceful lounges, or simply soak in the panoramic views from the garden. Every detail of the retreat is designed to provide a calming experience for you to rest and restore. As you immerse yourself in this serene environment, you'll find a renewed sense of balance and clarity with a sprinkle of Emma fun and frolicking too. There will be time for massages (optional extra), hot tub soaks, or exploring the local town and Abbey. The Retreat is near Tenby, dates are 7pm Thursday 19th- 22nd June 2025.
