MOTHER'S DAY YOGA 09/03/24 3-5pm

Service Description

Children and Mum's of almost all ages ( 6 + years) are welcome to this 2 hour workshop style class. We will play and stretch together, giving the time to appreciate our mothers and all they do for us. Flowing through poses, hand held meditations and a little bit of partner work too. I am sure these fleeting moments with each other will form precious memories for years to come. Price is for mother and child and if you'd like to bring another child it will be £14 (text me on 07982 307926 to add another child) We will end with tea/juice and gluten free cake. The workshop will be held at All Saints Church , Shrublands Road - Upstairs Hall. We are limited to 14 families, so book your well deserved together time today. Please come 5 minutes early and bring your own yoga mats and water bottles.

FOR CLASSES: to cancel or reschedule please contact me 24 hours in advance. FOR RETREATS: online bookings close 3 days before the event. There is a 5 days notice policy for cancellation of Retreat. Deposits are none refundable. If there is a waiting list place and your space can be filled you will receive a full refund (minus the website process fees and a £10 admin charge). Or you can reschedule to another retreat if available/preferable.
