FLOW INTO YIN (COURSE)- WED 7:15-8:30pm

Service Description

This is 75 minute class for active people looking for full body stretch, core, tone and strength building. Suitable for all. The class usually takes the style of a yin yang class so strong and energy building to begin with closing with some longer deep stretches and a Savasana to end. If you are concerned that you are a beginner and may be intimidated please don't be. The class is for all levels of fitness, strength and flexibility and I promise you will feel the difference in yourself with in 5-6 weeks of coming once a week. As this is a live class I am restricted in the numbers in the hall so booking is essential. Feel free to call me on 07982 307926 if you wish to chat about anything.

FOR CLASSES: to cancel or reschedule please contact me 24 hours in advance. FOR RETREATS: online bookings close 3 days before the event. There is a 5 days notice policy for cancellation of Retreat. Deposits are none refundable. If there is a waiting list place and your space can be filled you will receive a full refund (minus the website process fees and a £10 admin charge). Or you can reschedule to another retreat if available/preferable.
