Service Description

Join me in searching out the tightness that sits with in your muscles, connective tissues and joints and spending a little time together to focus on these areas to find release. If you are sports person or are spending more time seated than you would like to, you can find that you have a constant tightness somewhere in your body. This could be your, hips, glutes, legs, shoulders , well anywhere really. Even wth yoga postures or deep stretching after your work outs - our bodies can still feel stuck. This 2 hour workshop gives you the time to find these pressure points in your body and mindfully work into them. We will use balls, rollers and a yoga wheel to reconnect to these centres and find new freedom there. I promise that you won't be disappointed. There will be space at the end to rest and notice this new feeling of space, before you go back out into the world with some new techniques for your body. Refreshments will be served with a chance to chat or be still, as you wish. FOR CLASSES: to cancel or reschedule please contact me 24 hours in advance. FOR RETREATS: online bookings close 3 days before the event. There is a 5 days notice policy for cancellation of Retreat. Deposits are none refundable. If there is a waiting list place and your space can be filled you will receive a full refund (minus the website process fees and a £10 admin charge). Or you can reschedule to another retreat if available/preferable.
