Service Description

A deeply relaxing morning emerging yourself in nature and the joys of the season. We’ll gather for a foraging walk locally, taking the fruits that nature offers us. Then back to All Saints Upper Church Hall for warm drinks, a snack and a wreath-making workshop that promises to be a delightful blend of creativity, chat and community. Afterward, we’ll share a simple and delicious wholesome lunch, followed by a gentle seasonal stretch/restful meditation/ yoga Nidra . What more do you need before the Christmas preperations but to calm your the nervous system and nourish your soul. to bring it all together. It’s the perfect way to celebrate the change of season! So grab your bestie and join me for some outdoor exercise , a lovely lunch (maybe a glass of bubbles or mulled wine) a deep rest and go home with your own stunning wreath for your door. If your morning is already busy, then you are more than welcome to join us at the church at 12.15 and skip the walk and join us for the rest of the day Booking open now and spaces limited.
