Service Description
A one hour class to stretch out and gentle build strength with a lovely relaxation to finish. This class currently has a few spots available and I run a similar class on a Friday morning - Stretch and De- stress. Email if you would like to be added to the waiting list.

FOR CLASSES: to cancel or reschedule please contact me 24 hours in advance. FOR RETREATS: online bookings close 3 days before the event. There is a 5 days notice policy for cancellation of Retreat. Deposits are none refundable. If there is a waiting list place and your space can be filled you will receive a full refund (minus the website process fees and a £10 admin charge). Or you can reschedule to another retreat if available/preferable.
