HATHA YOGA COURSE- MON 7- 8pm

Service Description

THIS CLASS IS CURRENTLY FULL. Please add your name or get in touch if you would like to be added to the waiting list. A one hour class to stretch out and gentle build strength with a lovely relaxation to finish. This class currently has a few spots available and is perfect if you have done yoga before and want to re connect to your practise - or if you are seasoned yogi looking for a full body stretch and work out. This service is run as a course starting from 17th April 23 - until the 17th July with a week off ( half term) on the 29th June. Call me to cancel a class

FOR CLASSES: to cancel or reschedule please contact me 24 hours in advance. FOR RETREATS: online bookings close 3 days before the event. There is a 5 days notice policy for cancellation of Retreat. Deposits are none refundable. If there is a waiting list place and your space can be filled you will receive a full refund (minus the website process fees and a £10 admin charge). Or you can reschedule to another retreat if available/preferable.
