Service Description

The evening will be gentle yoga stretch and relax, with a beautiful meditation to ease you into the Christmas week. I'll endeavour to bring a little bit of calm to the season's chaos, to rebalance and reset your spirt, so you can float into the festivities with grace. The class is suitable for all levels of yoga even if you are completely new to it all. You can even zoom if if you can't join in person. After our practice we will draw the raffle whilst you enjoy some festive refreshments, gluten free and vegan will be available too. I will be selling raffle tickets before hand (£5 for a strip of 5) and I would prefer it if you book a slot and buy tickets on THE JUST GIVING PAGE. link below, although you may have to cut and copy the link below as I can't create a live link here. Call me to cancel a class

FOR CLASSES: to cancel or reschedule please contact me 24 hours in advance. FOR RETREATS: online bookings close 3 days before the event. There is a 5 days notice policy for cancellation of Retreat. Deposits are none refundable. If there is a waiting list place and your space can be filled you will receive a full refund (minus the website process fees and a £10 admin charge). Or you can reschedule to another retreat if available/preferable.
