If you only come to one event this year, come to this. Molly Chinner is a musical sensation and I am so honoured that she is coming to Berkhamsted for us. I still can't believe that I have managed to book a session with her, as she is super busy and about to launch her first album. This ancient ceremony, of sharing cacao and taking time to be still is such a tonic for the body. Molly's voice will have you transfixed. We will drink then awakening the body with movement and a sound bath will have you transported to an angelic place. I was truly moved in her presence and I hope you will be too. Sign up to avoid missing out. We are limited to 15 people so book early to avoid missing out. All levels of yoga welcome, Please come 10 minutes early, and bring your own yoga mats, blankets water bottles and a mug.

Call me to cancel a class

FOR CLASSES: to cancel or reschedule please contact me 24 hours in advance. FOR RETREATS: online bookings close 3 days before the event. There is a 5 days notice policy for cancellation of Retreat. Deposits are none refundable. If there is a waiting list place and your space can be filled you will receive a full refund (minus the website process fees and a £10 admin charge). Or you can reschedule to another retreat if available/preferable.
