BREATH AND REST WORKSHOP (02.12.23)

Service Description

Join me for this workshop afternoon to bliss you out before the can be crazy event of Christmas draws in. Often this time of year can be frantic and overwhelming, so I have put this workshop together for you to take a few hours off for yourself, to take time, to breathe and to focus on what is important. This deep relaxing class is designed to release anything that isn't serving and to create space for new energy and new intentions. We will start with pranayama, beautiful breath work that is so calming to the mind you will want to practice daily. We will then move through a gentle yoga stretch, before a long guided meditation in yoga Nidra, ( yoga sleep) basically an extended version of the lying on the floor bit at the end of a yoga class. There will be space at the end to rest and reconnect with yourself and move out into the world with a renewed sense of grounding. Refreshments will be served with a chance to chat or be still, as you wish. Suitable for all levels and ability of yoga, every body is welcome. FOR CLASSES: to cancel or reschedule please contact me 24 hours in advance. FOR RETREATS: online bookings close 3 days before the event. There is a 5 days notice policy for cancellation of Retreat. Deposits are none refundable. If there is a waiting list place and your space can be filled you will receive a full refund (minus the website process fees and a £10 admin charge). Or you can reschedule to another retreat if available/preferable.
