Service Description

This option is to sign up for the full Autumn course that runs from the 5th September until the 19th Dec 2023. A one hour class to release, stretch out and gently build strength. Get to know your body and what it needs. The class is a full body event with a deep relaxation to finish. This is a new class designed for all ages and all abilities, so I am happy to work around you and your needs. Deep, slow and refined you will be amazed at what your body is capable off when you take the time to listen to it. Release tension headaches, aching backs and tight hamstrings, are just a few of the many benefits of yoga. It's not just for girls either ! Join in and see what you have to gain. I guarantee you will start to reap the benefits of a regular practice. There is a week off at half term on the 24th October.

Call me to cancel a class

FOR CLASSES: to cancel or reschedule please contact me 24 hours in advance. FOR RETREATS: online bookings close 3 days before the event. There is a 5 days notice policy for cancellation of Retreat. Deposits are none refundable. If there is a waiting list place and your space can be filled you will receive a full refund (minus the website process fees and a £10 admin charge). Or you can reschedule to another retreat if available/preferable.
