1/2 DAY SUMMER SOLSTICE RETREAT 25/06/23

Service Description

In this half day retreat we will take on the energy of the longest day and direct it into ourselves with joyful yoga, meditations, time to be still and contemplate the journey of your life. You will take find a moment to journal and set our 1/2 year intentions and rebalance anything that has dipped the scales of balance on our lives. We'll endeavour to sew the seeds of the soul and lean into the dream that is waiting for you. The day will begin with light breakfast smoothies and tea, an informal introduction and then on to the mats for a stretch and a deep yoga flow. The yoga is available for all bodies, we can always chat about injuries etc. We will find time to play together for partner yoga or a mini workshop to find your crow pose for example then take lunch together about 12. A selection of soups and hearty salads and yummy cake All the food is made with seasonal products, home made and super fresh. There is great advice on hand of how to eat well for your life and your body, how to digest well, bake without sugar etc. So it's not just the yoga that will nourish the soul. We'll digest afterwards with a yoga nidra ( yoga sleep) or a yin style restorative yoga before we close the circle feeling refreshed and restored. Taking home the stillness you created. Come join me in a half day of finding your joy and refreshing your entire being. Float on home afterwards, feeling nourished and alive! We start at 9am sharp and will finish at 1.30 All food/ beverages etc are included and we can cater for all food choices and intolerances - just let me know. The retreat will be held in the lovely Niland Conference Centre - 93 Elstree Rd, Bushey Heath, Bushey WD23 4EE. FOR CLASSES: to cancel or reschedule please contact me 24 hours in advance. FOR RETREATS: online bookings close 3 days before the event. There is a 5 days notice policy for cancellation of Retreat. Deposits are none refundable. If there is a waiting list place and your space can be filled you will receive a full refund (minus the website process fees and a £10 admin charge). Or you can reschedule to another retreat if available/preferable.
